Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. Compliance is mandatory for all participants to ensure a fair and successful event.

COMMON RULES FOR ALL EVENTS

  • Participants must carry their College ID at all times.
  • Judges’ decision will be final and unquestionable.
  • Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if necessary.
  • The organizing committee is not responsible for personal belongings.

INNOV8-A-THON 2026

24-Hour Innovation Hackathon

1. Team & Project

  • Team Size: 3 - 4 Members.
  • Multidisciplinary teams are encouraged.
  • One project per team (Software or Hardware).
  • Ideas must be original & developed during the event.
  • AI Tools are allowed to use.
  • Accomodation and Fooding is free for participants.

2. Submission

  • Final submission: PPT/PDF (Max 8 slides).
  • Must Include: Problem Statement, Solution, Tech Stack, USP, Feasibility, Impact & Future Scope.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

DANCE

1. Participation

  • Open to Solo / Duet / Group.
  • Max 8–10 members for Group Dance.
  • Must register before deadline.

2. Time Limit

  • Solo/Duet: 3–4 minutes.
  • Group: 5–6 minutes.
  • Negative marking for exceeding time.

3. Music & Props

  • MP3 submission 1 day prior + Pen drive backup.
  • No vulgar/inappropriate lyrics.
  • No fire, water, sharp objects, or glass.

4. Judging

Expression, Coordination, Rhythm, Choreography, Impact.

SINGING

1. Participation

  • Solo singing (Group only if specified).
  • Genres: Classical, Folk, Bollywood, Western.

2. Time Limit

  • 3–4 minutes per participant.
  • Points deducted for exceeding time.

3. Karaoke/Audio

  • Karaoke must be MP3 format.
  • No Auto-tune or pre-recorded vocals.
  • Max 1 instrument (unless stated otherwise).

4. Selection

  • No obscene/political/abusive content.
  • Mic handling will be judged.

BAND BATTLE

1. Team

  • 3 to 8 members per band.
  • Only registered members can perform.

2. Time Limit

  • 8–10 minutes total (including sound check).
  • Penalties for exceeding time.

3. Equipment

  • Bring own instruments.
  • Basic sound setup (mic/speakers) provided.
  • Live performance only (No backing tracks).

4. Code of Conduct

  • No damage to stage equipment.
  • Unprofessional behavior = Disqualification.

GREEN GENIUS

1. Format & Team

  • Eligibility: Open to everyone.
  • Team Size: 2 - 6 members.
  • Rounds: Single round evaluation.

2. Rules & Regulations

  • Create a useful model using non-hazardous waste.
  • Focus on sustainability and practical utility.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge & practical skills.
  • No specific requirements (Bring your own materials).

3. Judging Criteria

  • Creativity & Innovation.
  • Maximum utilization of waste material.
  • Explanation and presentation of the model.

1. Overview

  • Map: Full Map (Bermuda/Kalahari/Purgatory).
  • Teams: 4 Players (Must carry College ID).
  • Prize Pool: INR 20,000/-
  • Device: Mobile only (No Tablets/Emulators).

2. Rules

  • Level Requirement: Level 25+.
  • POV Recording: IGL must record screen POV.
  • Forbidden: Triggers, Team-ups, Exploits.
  • Dispute: Report within 10 mins with proof.

CELESTIALS: BGMI

Squad Mode | Offline LAN

1. Overview

  • Format: Full Map Classic.
  • Teams: 4 Players (Roster locked).
  • Prize Pool: INR 20,000/-
  • Device: Mobile only (No iPads/Tablets).

2. Critical Settings

Aim Assist: OFF
Red Zone: OFF
Flare Gun: OFF
Sound Vis: ON

IGL must submit Screenshot within 2 mins of match end.
