A 24-HOUR INNOVATION HACKATHON

27-28 February 2026 Sarala Birla University, Ranchi

CRITICAL INFORMATION

Registration fee is non-refundable. Participants cannot switch teams after registration. At least one member must remain at the workspace at all times during the 24-hour duration.

TEAM RULES

  • Team Size: 3-4 Members.
  • Multidisciplinary teams (different domains) are highly encouraged.
  • Group Leader must fill the registration form.
  • A student can participate in only one team.
  • One project per team allowed.

SUBMISSION

  • Software or Hardware-based projects.
  • Idea must be original & developed during the hackathon.
  • Final Output: PPT/PDF (Max 8 Slides).
  • Slides Must Cover: Team Title, Problem Statement, Solution, Tech Stack, USP/Innovation, Feasibility, Future Scope.
  • No late submissions accepted.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to Undergraduate & Postgraduate students.
  • Valid College/Institution ID is mandatory.
  • All members must be registered & verified.
  • Only registered members can present.

  • Be punctual & follow schedule.
  • Work collaboratively & respect others.
  • Use open-source resources ethically.
  • Take guidance from mentors.
  • Back up your work regularly.

DON'Ts

  • No plagiarism or pre-built solutions.
  • No external help from non-participants.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.
  • No weapons or dangerous materials.
  • Do not leave venue without permission.
